Pete brings over 30+ years of real-world IT and business management experience to the classroom. As a consultant and technical instructor since 2014, he consistently works to expand his own knowledge, while building upon his varied and extensive certifications and experience. His ability to blend his expertise in multiple business levels, along with his passion to support others’ growth, gives him an edge in the classroom.

He is a respected leader with global recognition in high growth, high availability and turnaround environments, with wide-ranging knowledge of the education, financial services, health care, and professional services industries.

Throughout his career, he has excelled as a programmer, network engineer, manager of technical services and software development, instructor, director of IT, president of professional services, chief information officer, data center architect, security and compliance consultant, and business owner.

Within his positions, Pete has been instrumental in everything from developing global enterprise networks, to service implementation, to improved business processes, to migration of mainframes systems and code, to hardware/software sales growth – and all things in between. His extensive project management and business analysis work allows him to bring insight into real world experiences and help bridge the gap for the by­the­book materials that are presented in his classes. Over the years, Pete has delivered Agile, Business Analysis and Project Management training for such clients as ASML, General Motors, Chrysler, CSC, City of Detroit, Focus Bands, Jaguar Land Rover, Department of Health Services for the State of California, State of Maine, State of Massachusetts, State of Michigan, U.S. Office of Personnel Management and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

When Pete isn’t working, he’s involved in multiple coaching & leadership positions in high school sports

Monthly 1:1 Mentoring

A personal relationship with your MBB Coach and Mentor. Pete will be looking to help you with your Six Sigma project or your dynamic and demanding career situation. He can guide you on tool selection, data analysis interpretation, project selection, managing stakeholders etc.
Mentoring is a 1:1 relationship and will not have pre-defined parameters other than:

  • Mentor Meeting Frequency: Monthly
  • Mentor Program Duration: Certification + 2

The program duration aims to provide you with timely value and a certification you can be proud of and benefit from. Pete will mentor you through certification plus two additional mentoring calls (a minimum of four monthly 1:1 calls).
