Return Policy
This policy defines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Lean Sigma Corporation certification courses and certification exams. By completing a purchase, the purchaser agrees to the terms outlined below.
Certification Courses (CSSYB, CSSGB, CSSBB, CSSBB+)
Lean Sigma Corporation offers a 7-day conditional refund period for certification courses.
- Eligibility for Refund
- A refund may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The certification exam has not been attempted
- No certificate has been issued
- The course has not been substantially completed
- The request is submitted within the 7-day window
- Upon approval of a refund, all course access and related materials will be revoked.

- Non-Refundable Conditions - Refunds will not be issued if:
- The certification exam has been launched or attempted
- A certificate or credential has been issued
- The course has been completed or substantially consumed
- The refund request is submitted after the 7-day period
Certification courses are professional certification programs, not trial products. The refund window is provided to allow purchasers to evaluate fit, not to sample certification outcomes.
Certification Exams (CSSYB, CSSGB, CSSBB)
Certification exams are non-refundable once access has been granted.

- Because certification exams are validation instruments and not instructional content:
- No refunds will be issued after an exam has been launched or accessed
- No refunds will be issued after any exam attempt
- No refunds will be issued after a certificate is issued

If an exam has been purchased but not launched, refund requests may be considered at Lean Sigma Corporation’s discretion.
- Exam Attempts and Resets
- Each certification exam includes two standard attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, additional attempts may be purchased at published rates through the candidate’s account. Exam reset pricing and availability are subject to change.
Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through official Lean Sigma Corporation support channels within the applicable refund window. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Lean Sigma Corporation does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with exam results or failure to achieve a passing score.
Policy Enforcement and Changes
Lean Sigma Corporation reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This policy may be updated at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
