As long as you have not attempted the certification exam, you'll get your money back. Please note that payment plans are not subscriptions and are not cancellable after seven days. You are obligated to pay the full price of the course throughout the duration of your payment plan.
If offered for sale on our website, due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, there is no way we can accept returns or refunds once the download has been delivered.
Physical Products (books, manuals, etc.):
