Lean Sigma Corporation – Project Submission Policy
Version 2026.03 | Applies to all training, certification, and ATP program participants

This policy defines the requirements for all project submissions used for certification review within the Lean Sigma Corporation system. All project submissions must comply with these requirements. Submissions that do not comply may be rejected or require revision prior to certification.

1. Purpose
This Project Submission Policy defines acceptable content standards for project submissions within the Lean Sigma Corporation training and certification platform. The policy ensures alignment with platform security design, data handling commitments, and client risk requirements.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all participants, partners, instructors, and administrators who submit or review project-related materials on the platform, including ATP Co‑Brand engagements.

3. Submission Principles
Project submissions are intended to demonstrate the application of methodology and learning outcomes. Submissions must be limited to high‑level, sanitized descriptions that do not require disclosure of sensitive information.

At no point is submission of proprietary, confidential, or regulated data required to achieve certification.

4. Permitted Content
Permitted project submission content includes:

  • High-level project or process descriptions
  • Generalized process summaries
  • Aggregated, percentage-based, or indexed results
  • Redacted visuals (e.g., charts, diagrams, or summaries with no sensitive detail)
  • Methodology descriptions demonstrating the application of Lean Six Sigma tools

5. Prohibited Content
The following content must not be submitted to the platform:

  • Proprietary or confidential business information
  • Customer or client data
  • Regulated data (e.g., PHI, HIPAA-related, clinical, or protected datasets)
  • Raw datasets, system exports, or database extracts
  • Financial data or internal performance metrics

6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials comply with this policy and with their employer's or client's confidentiality obligations. Lean Sigma Corporation does not require submission of proprietary or sensitive information for certification purposes.

7. Review & Enforcement
Lean Sigma Corporation reserves the right to review submissions for compliance with this policy. Project submissions violating this policy may be rejected, returned for revision, or removed from the platform. Certifications may be delayed or denied until compliant materials are submitted.

8. Alignment with Data Handling Commitments
This policy aligns with the design of the Lean Sigma Corporation platform as a standalone external system with a limited data scope and no integration into client environments.

The platform is not intended to store or process proprietary, confidential, or regulated enterprise data.
