Michael earned his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Bank of America and his Black Belt certification from R.R. Donnelley & Sons. He holds ten U.S. Copyrights for his "Learn Six Sigma" book series and PMP Exam prep publications.
Michael has trained and guided people since his days as a college baseball coach at the Virginia Military Institute.
