This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course follows traditional certification requirements such as a project, a mentor, and tollgates with Master Black Belts. It is designed to develop high performing Six Sigma professionals on the path to expert and Master Black Belt.

Certification Requirements

• Complete All Online Course Phases, Lessons, Quizzes, and Exercises
• Participate in Weekly Group Coaching Sessions
• Pass Each D.M.A.I.C. Phase Test (80% or better, unlimited attempts).
• Complete All Black Belt Project Requirements

  • Pass the Measure Phase Report & Tollgate
  • Pass the Analyze Phase Report & Tollgate
  • Pass the Improve Phase Report & Tollgate
  • Pass the Control Phase Report & Tollgate
• Pass the Black Belt Certification Exam (80% or better, limited to 2 attempts)
