We provide eLearning courses for professionals who aspire to advance their careers. Our focus is on Lean Six Sigma certification and PMP® certification exam preparation. In both cases, we offer self-paced courses that successfully stand on their own as highly rated, helpful and effective online courses. In addition, we offer upgrades to these courses to provide Live Group Coaching Calls and Personal one-on-one Coaching Calls. The most significant examples of our offerings are below. As a Coach & Mentor, when you refer customers for any products on either website, you will earn 50% commissions on those purchases such as the products listed above. Commissions of $497.50 or $397.50.
How You Fit
We will offer your coaching and mentoring services along with all other coaches. Our audience will be able to choose their coach and/or call time. You will earn commissions on your referred purchases regardless of the users choice: Commissions of $995 or $795.

Coach Requirements
Coaching Calls:
Facilitate one weekly group coaching call and a monthly private mentoring session per mentee.
- One Group Call per Week* - 60 min.

Schedule:
The schedule is simple and flexible. We help professionals with full-time jobs in the U.S. and Canada. Coaching calls at 7 pm, 7:30 pm, 8 pm, and 8:30 pm EST. work best for most of our organic audience. You can choose your primary call day and time upon application. If you are a Coaching Affiliate with a broader audience than the U.S. and Canada, your schedule should differ as you accommodate your customers' time zones.

Payments:
This Program Pays 50% Commissions.
For you to receive a commission, the referred customer must remain active for 8 days (we have a 7-day refund policy).
- You cannot refer yourself.
- You will not receive commissions on your own accounts.
- Payments will be made for transactions that have been successfully completed.
- Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
- Payments will be made monthly
Commission Tracking:
Tracking cookies are set for "First Visit" and "30 day" duration. As a result:
- You will receive 50% commissions on any referred purchases at https://leansigmacorporation.com or https://pmmasterprep.com
- You may receive commissions on purchases where your referred student selected a different coach.
- You understand that it is possible that other coaches may generate commissions on sales when students choose you as their coach. In this spirit, you agree to provide Coaching and Mentoring services in the same manner and schedule as your personal revenue generating students and will include them in your program.

Coaching & Mentoring Affiliate Agreement
This Coach & Mentoring Affiliate Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of the submission date by and between LS Corp LLC of 8017 Dell Dr. Harrisburg, North Carolina 28075, and the Coach & Mentor executing this agreement. In this Agreement, the party contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as "LS Corp," and the party providing the services shall be referred to as "Coach & Mentor."
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Coach & Mentor will promote LeanSigmaCorporation.com and/or PMMasterPrep.com and provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"):
- If Coach & Mentor is PMP Certified: Provide Weekly 60-minute PMP Coach & Mentoring Calls.
- If Coach & Mentor is MBB Certified: Provide Weekly 60-min. Six Sigma Coach & Mentoring Calls.
- Provide Monthly Mentoring calls with assigned students.
- Commitment to be responsive to all emails, calls, and texts, from LS Corp Administration
- Commitment to be responsive to all emails, calls, texts, etc. from prospective customers and/or existing or prior students
- PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: LS Corp will pay Coach & Mentors $100 per Group Coaching Call per Week plus 50% commissions on any qualified referral. For the Coach & Mentors to receive a commission, the referred customer must remain active for 8 days (we have a 7-day refund policy).
- Coach & Mentors cannot refer themselves.
- Coach & Mentors will not receive commissions on their own accounts.
- Payments will be made for transactions that have been successfully completed.
- Transactions that result in charge-backs or refunds will not be paid out.
- Compensation shall be paid monthly via direct deposit.
- TRACKING for PAYMENTS on Referrals: Tracking cookies are set for "First Visit" and "30 day" duration. As a result:
- You may receive commissions on sales of products that do not require your Coach & Mentoring services.
- You understand you may also receive commissions on purchases where students select a different Coach & Mentor or call time other than you.
- You understand that it is possible that other Coach & Mentors may generate commissions on sales when students choose you as Coach & Mentor. In this spirit, you agree to provide Coach & Mentoring services in the same manner and schedule as your referral revenue generating students and will include them in your program.
- WHITE LABEL LICENSE: The Coach & Mentor shall receive a “White Label License” for use of LS Corp training materials and resources. Coach & Mentor agrees to be bound by LS Corps “White Label License”. White Label License rights shall be terminated with the termination of this Agreement.
- TERM/TERMINATION: This Agreement is scheduled to commence on the submission date and will continue on a month-to-month basis. Coach & Mentor understands that the term of this agreement will be dictated by LS Corps success. For the purposes of this agreement by and between LS Corp and Coach & Mentor, this agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice to the other party.
- ASSIGNMENT: Coach & Mentor may not assign or sub-contract, without the prior written consent of LS Corp, any or all rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement to any person or entity, in whole or in part. LS Corp may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, its rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement without obtaining the consent of the Coach & Mentor.
- RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES: It is understood by the parties that the Coach & Mentor is not an employee of LS Corp. LS Corp will not provide fringe benefits, including health insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other employee benefit, for the benefit of the Coach & Mentor.
- INJUNCTIVE RELIEF: The Coach & Mentor recognizes that irreparable injury will result to LS Corp if Coach & Mentor fails to perform obligations under this Agreement, and Coach & Mentor acknowledges and consents that, in such event, LS Corp shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies and damages available to them, to injunctive relief to restrain the breach or compel the performance of this Agreement.
- WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the "Work Product"), and work developed in whole or in part by the Coach & Mentor, shall be the exclusive property of LS Corp LLC. Upon request, Coach & Mentor shall sign all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of LS Corp to the Work Product.
- CONFIDENTIALITY: Coach & Mentor will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to LS Corp. Coach & Mentor will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Coach & Mentor will return to LS Corp all records, notes, documentation, and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Coach & Mentor during the term of this Agreement.
- INDEMNIFICATION: Coach & Mentor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LS Corp from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against LS Corp that result from the acts or omissions of the Coach & Mentor, Coach & Mentor’s employees, if any, and Coach & Mentors agents.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
- SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
- APPLICABLE LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
